terrific! Used a curry mix "Kitchen King" from local Indian market. plenty of heat, no need for jalapenos!

Very tasty. Included 6 garlic cloves, added some fenugreek, fennel seeds and black mustard seeds. Great with nan bread. Will make this regularly.
