Amazing!!!! Modified it a little with how much of each thing i added but was soooo good on top of rice

Turned out pretty well. I doubled up the portions to make it last longer. Very inexpensive i might add. Couldn't really taste the ginger and i know i used more than 2tbsp. I added garlic powder too but i love garlic. I also added 1.5tbsp of honey to balance out the spice of the curry. I used green beans instead of Spinach to make it a bit heartier and i think it looked better as well.

I didn't have any spinach. I added salt n additional spices, nutmeg, a touch of cinnamon and 2 table spoon brown sugar. Added another can of beans. Delicious

Pretty good! Opted out of the cilantro and added in garam masala (equal or half of curry powder amount). Recently added in another can of chickpeas as well. Definitely give it time on the simmer, makes the flavors come out great.

Let the chickpeas simmer longer so they absorb the flavours. Add cinnamon for an aromatic touch. One of my favourite recipes!

This was delicious, healthy, and easy to prepare. I served it over basmati rice.

Delicious! Make sure to simmer long enough to reduce some of the extra liquid.

It was good but I had to add some extra spices.

Delicious. I didn’t reduce it down enough so it was a little soupy but the flavor was great. So easy for a nice week night meal.

This was so good but I definitely had to add more curry powder and more garlic and s&p. Will make again

Just kinda weird, wouldn't eat again. Couldn't even compare with a far simpler curry I've made before.
