- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 lemon
- salt (to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp. red chili powder (kashmiri)
- 1 Tbsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (powder)
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup cashewnuts (soaked in hot water for 30 minutes)
- 3 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. cream (optional)
