- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. Garam Masala
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- black pepper (couple grinds)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (minced, or 1/2 tsp dried ginger)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (optional)
- 1 cup creamer
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 handful Cilantro leaves (chopped, for topping)
- basmati rice (for serving — we like to use brown basmati rice for more nutrition)
