It was ok. I feel like 6 cups of water is too much. Turned out a little soup-y.

Very tasty and exactly how my Filipino aunts and uncles make it. I preferred more soy flavor so I added about 2 tablespoons after the noodles were added. Thanks for sharing the back story from your time in the Philippines.
