This delicious recipe is a favorite with family and friends. I've made it with a spatchcock chicken and with leg quarters, both with excellent results. I'm partial to pinot grigio, and use it for the 1/2 cup of wine. Be sure to use a cast iron skillet. You'll be glad you tried this recipe!
