Bland and disgusting. I followed the recipe exactly, and they were just so unappetizing, especially to a person who actually likes FLAVORFUL food. I threw them all away. And to the review that said, “As long as you’ve been vegan for a while you’ll enjoy these.” ABSOLUTELY NOT. I’ve been Vegan for quite a while and I hate these. They are so unflattering to the stomach. You’re better off looking up a vegan recipe on google.

These did not work in a blender . Too many oats so too dry. Calls for 1/4 c milk and I used at least 1 cup and still too dry for blender. I took out of blender and used a hand mixer but that does not fully incorporate the fruit. Despite what is said in comments, a food processor is necessary . Also these are very bland. Probably because the fruit is just in chunks here and there and not blended well. So yes, use a food processor. I do not have the income or space for such an appliance so I won’t be making this again.

Very good! I had to add a little extra milk because I used a blender. But turned out great not too sweet!

the muffins came out great, but my blender burnt out trying to chop the oats because the recipe doesn't call for that much liquid. i dont know if you are supposed to blend certain ingredients first or what. i should have waited for the bananas to ripen more so the muffins could have been sweeter. i tried to add stevia, but didnt add enough.

Amazing but...
Use 1/2 of all ingredients.
Cook for 22 minutes
Cool before removing from pan.
Top with peanut butter and maple syrup. 😋

I added two very sweet oranges and it turned out lovely. Had to bake them at least twice As long due to extra juice from oranges, but worth it. Healthy, low in calories and great taste. Will definitely make again, but with the orange.

Definitely love! Great grab and go! I added strawberries as well on mine. I do agree where the banana needs to be yellowish with brown spots for it to taste better than my slightly green ends and yellow bananas. I adjusted the # of bananas, increased the blueberries, and added strawberries. We can get sooo creative with this recipe!!!! Thank you!!!!!

These muffins are really tasty. As long you’ve been eating vegan for a while you’ll find these muffins enjoyable. I’m bringing them to my children’s school tomorrow for Muffins with Mom;) I know a few of those moms are vegan or gluten free. I didn’t want to shock anyone who’s tastebuds aren’t used to eating so plain...
..I added some cinnamon, vanilla and 2 tsp of brown sugar and spoonfuls of flax. I hope you’ll try to make them with whatever it is you enjoy 😁

Super fast and easy to make. I added some chia seeds and a splash of vanilla to mine and they were great!

One of my favorites! Very easy, healthy, and the only ingredient that I have to go buy is usually just blueberries.
These are very heavy and filling muffins!

DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I followed the recipe to the T Did everything as instructed and it tasted horrible which was a shame because it sounded so good after my first batch of yuckyness I decided to add sugar it helped a lil on the second batch but it was not up to my expectations my dog sure liked them it was better than throwing them out

I modified it; for half the recipe, I added a tb of honey, an egg, half spoon of baking powder and one less banana; turned out great, slightly dense but moist and yummy

They're pretty dense, and the texture was not pleasant. It was really easy to make, but very difficult to eat.

These turned out great - super yummy, creamy, and easy to make! I did tweak the recipe a little bit, so here are my modifications:
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (instead of almond/regular milk)
- 1 cup shelled walnuts
2 pinches of coconut flakes
2 pinches of chia seeds
**After blending all the ingredients together and putting them into the muffin tins, I put some full blueberries into each muffin and it was a big added bonus!
