Quick and easy to make. Not over sweet. Don’t worry about how it looks when mixing all the ingredients together. Follow the directions and it will turn out great!!

It was easy to prepare and the filling was wonderful. I added additional shredded coconut on top of the pie before I baked it. Everyone enjoyed it and as usual there were many recipe requests.

I added raisins soaked in Cointreau and honey....delicious undercooked and soft.
