Tasted great! Very satisfying on a cold day - especially if you’re not feeling 100%

Everybody at home loved this soup! Definitely will make it again very soon.

Both kids plus hubby liked this! I used some fresh ginger and less ground ginger, but ended up adding ground ginger at the table. I used leftover roast chicken and homemade bone broth from boiling the roast carcass a few days before. We also added leftover rice at the table.

A flavorful twist on regular chicken soup. In an effort to decrease my animal protein, only used two chicken thighs and added red lentils and white beans. Super yummy and will be making again.

Very good and just what was expected. I added some sriracha for a little punch and it rounded out things nicely.

This is amazing, the favours in the soup are superb. I add a cup of brown rice to the recipe.
We have had this 3 weeks in a row now and don’t see that ending soon!

Rich flavors but super simple and healthy. Great for our family during a round of sickness.

As I usually do, I didn’t follow the recipe exactly but rather used it as a general guide. It turned out great!!! Will make again.

This was great. I doubled the dried ground ginger and turmeric, used fresh parsley, and squeezed a wedge of lime on the kale before pouring the hot soup over it.

Fantastic! The coconut milk really carries the flavor home. I have made this a few times now. Experimenting a little a little I've found that I like to add more parsnips (2 or 3) and a little more coconut milk (I just use the whole can).

Great and the flavor with turmeric, ginger and coconut milk make it extra tasty and healthy.

Good flavor (I was nervous with the turmeric and ginger). I used a bone broth powder and it gave it nice flavor and added a sweet potato.

This was amazing. My taste buds had a party. Like other reviewers said, the broth to this does not disappoint!

I did need to add more salt. I also do not know how much a small head of kale is. That is a vague amount. I used one bunch and it turned out great! Very tasty!

Used the whole onion, added a smidge more coconut milk and real parsley instead of dried. Turned out delish
