This was really good. I used fresh squeezed naval oranges & lemon. It’s not meant to have a “sweet” flavor. The majool dates give it just the right touch of sweetness to balance it but it was not thick enough so the dates were all at the bottom. Next time I may add more spinach or maybe 1/2 avacado. Raw ginger has a very strong flavor I think a thumb size is too much. Try half that or less.

Delicious and really potent! You might want to dilute with coconut water, and add a touch of sweetener.
