Very tasty. I did add some nutmeg to the meatballs and the gravy. Swedish to me means nutmeg.

The gravy was watery. I had to double the flour, tried to adjust the other ingredients to compensate but just tasted like mustard, flour water. The meatballs were tender but bland.
