- 160 mL dry white wine
- 400 grams shrimp (small, without shells)
- 500 grams fish (mixed nordic, – salmon, haddock, plaice, halibut – cubed)

This was very good! Easy, warm and rustic it will definitely be a go to meal in the future. I did not use saffron, which is listed as optional, so don't feel like it's necessary. I also used less butter and cream. This is an inexpensive, versatile and surprisingly healthy meal!
