  • 2 cans peaches (about 850g in total, drained and cut into chunks)
  • 1 small tin pieapple chunks (about 250g), drained
  • 400 milliliters vodka
  • 500 milliliters sweet white wine
  • 2 liters orange juice (chilled)
  • 500 milliliters vanilla ice cream

    Directions

    1. In a large lidded bowl, mix the peaches and the pineapple with the vodka and half of the wine. Seal the bowl tightly and leave to infuse overnight. Just before serving, pour the orange juice into the bowl, then add the rest of the white wine. Next, scoop dollops of vanilla ice cream on top of the fruit, and serve.
