- 1 1/8 cups Italian breadcrumbs (PLAIN)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 3 garlic (FINELY MINCED, ALMOST INTO A PASTE CLOVES OF)
- 3 Tbsp. flat leaf Italian parsley (CHOPPED)
- 1/2 tsp. peperoncino (LESS IF YOU ARE NOT A FAN OF THAT SPICY KICK)
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/8 cup pecorino romano (GRATED)
- 1/2 tsp. rubbed (DRIED OREGANO, BETWEEN YOUR HANDS)
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 can tomato paste
- 5 garlic (yes~another reason I think the sauce is a made in America version of an Italian sauce CLOVES OF SLICED)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. peperoncino (for a SWEET version)
- 1 tsp. peperoncino (FOR the MEDIUM version)
- 2 Tbsp. peperoncino (FOR the HOT version)
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- salt
- pepper
