- 1 1/2 cups rice flour (sticky, this is my go-to brand, plus extra for dusting)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup water (simmering)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- sugar (Black sesame, :, this is more than you’ll need but keep the extra in the fridge for next time)
- 1/2 cup black sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
