  • 3 cups mixed vegetables (julienned, use carrots, capsicum or bell pepper, beans, cabbage, and onion)
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce (green)
  • 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (I use Indian sesame oil and it works well)
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions (chopped, for garnish, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper (freshly)
