  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder (use Kashmiri chilli powder for better results)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala (or chicken masala)
  • 1 pinch kasuri methi (/ dried fenugreek leaves)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons cream (or pureed cashew paste, soak and grind cashew nuts)
  • 2 teaspoons salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
