- 3 oz. semisweet chocolate chips (or bittersweet, chopped, or use mini chips)
- 2 oz. semisweet chocolate (or dark, finely chopped, chocolate baking chips would probably work too)

- 1 lb. sugar (confectioner's, sifted)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
