- 1/2 cup coconut oil (– measure as a solid, then melt before mixing)
- 2/3 cup maple syrup (organic 100%)
- 2 eggs (organic)
- 1 1/2 cups bananas (ripened, – I use 4 medium bananas, it usually comes out to about 1 3/4 C, but I find that it makes the bread moister!)
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp. sea salt (Himalayan ground)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut (organic)
