- 4 bay leaves (torn)

- 1 piece cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp. shahi jeera
- 4 Tbsp. ghee
- 4 onions (large, thinly sliced and caramelized)
- 1 bunch coriander leaves (finely chopped)
