- 150 grams pancetta (sliced)
- 4 garlic cloves (sliced thinly)
- 400 grams Italian tomatoes (cans of whole peeled)
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 cups pitted kalamata olives (depending on how much you love olives)
- 4 Tbsp. capers (drained)
- 2 Tbsp. wholemeal flour (or plain if your prefer)
