Pork chops were dried out and the sauce is very bland. Would not make again.

Very good! Used our Hungarian paprika, and added green pepper - tasted like something from Budapest! Need to cook meat less during browning so doesn’t get dry and can soak more of the broth/wine as it cooks. Also doubled the sauce as someone else suggested and served over egg noodles.

We enjoyed this I doubled the sauce, except for the yogurt (we didn't have much) and it still tasted great. I only cooked the pork chops for about 25 minutes and they were still a bit overcooked for our liking, although not dry due to the sauce. Will definitely make again, shortening the cook time for the pork
