It was okay. It’s missing the depth of flavor that comes from cream. But pretty good.
I garnished with fresh parsley which added a little something.

Just the thing for a cold rainy day. Very flavorful but will look for better paprika for the next batch. I didn’t have enough carrots so substituted 1 cup of roasted butternut squash for the 3rd carrot and used 2 cups of my homemade chicken broth in place of 2 cups water.

It's so good! I added potato and used whole mustard seeds instead of ground mustard.

This was just ok, I found it lacking any depth of flavor. Ended up adding some nutritional yeast and sriracha and it was better.

Seriously delicious. Used a lovely Hungarian paprika that I picked up at an imported spice shop. The paprika is the star of this dish, so using a top quality one will make a huge difference.
