This is REALLY GOOD. Servings aren’t too big - I’d have it with bread next time. I sautéed the (wild!) mushrooms for about 7 min before adding the onion for another 7, along with salt n pepper + crushed red. Such a deep flavor! I added more salt/pepp/crushed red at the end. The fresh dill and parsley makes a big difference!

Tasty! Definitely less than 6 servings though. I would not use sour cream next time. It overwhelms the already delicious flavor.

This is an easy, delicious soup! I adjusted a little for my household, using almond milk and homemade butter. I also added just a little more stock, so mine probably was a little thinner than it should be. But, wow! I will be making this again soon!

It’s really good with lemon juice, just I added yogurt instead of cream (I didn’t have cream). Sometime maybe I will cook it again!
