    Was easy to make, just a long time to simmer. Added a few more veggies and spices. Make sure to stir as I accidentally burnt the bottom slightly. Would definitely make again

    Delicious! I added 250 ml's of red wine, and halved the stock. Loved it.
    could've used a little bit of sugar to cut the acidity of all the tomato sauce.

    None of the goulash I have eaten in Hungary had potatoes or carrots. They put in a big bread dumpling called "semmelknoedel."
