    Soo good! I make this at least once a month. Sometimes need to add an egg to tighten it up a bit.

    I used quinoa, hummus, cooked onions and broccoli so I changed this reciepe quite a bit but it turned out so well! We ate it with tsasiki tip! It was delish!
