The flavor is fine and I followed the recipe perfectly however I kept wondering why it wasn’t creamy and smooth.....You must take the skin off of the chickpeas.....WORTH IT
Took about 20 extra minutes, the smoothest creamiest ever!!! ❤️

Too much garlic. I used 2 very small cloves and half of one larger clove. Will try again with a little less garlic.
