    Pretty good! Simple to make, but will get soggy if you don’t serve it right away next tine I’ll add more spinach. I used garlic hummus for a bit of kick. I’m not vegan so maybe a slice of cheese would have been good too

    I didn't think this would be good but the different flavors and textures combined worked very well together. I would eat it everyday! (Let off the apples.)

    Love this sandwich! It's my go-to lunch on the weekends. The only thing I did differently was use sourdough bread instead

    Great job on this sandwich. Nice combo. I think both myself and my wife would leave the apple off next time though. Maybe I'll try some apple sauce☹️.

    My husband asked me to make this again! I used avocado on his but left it off of mine, since I haven't been able to develop a taste for it.
