Creamy, delicious, yummy. I added extra garlic as we are a Family of garlic lovers, and it was just wonderful. Although Children may find it a bit overpowering with the extra garlic. 😃

This is the best humus recipe! It seems like a lot of liquid but it makes the hummus smoother! I add some garlic infused oil at the end and it balances the lemon.

Superb! Some changes - I used 1 can of garbanzos, only 1 tsp salt, 4 TBL lemon juice, water from the beans, no Tabasco. I will be making this again!
