Description
It may seem strange to even think about making hummus at home when the grocery store has so many different options in a wide variety of flavors, but as with most things, homemade hummus just has a fresher taste than anything from a tub, and you can control the seasonings and also the texture, making it more chunky, say, by mashing the ingredients by hand, or smoother by mixing them in a blender or food processor.
