Perfect. I did add some chopped parsley. Otherwise, I followed the directions pretty closely. *Second time, now, and I am just as impressed. If you prefer it a bit softer for dipping, just add a tablespoon or two of reserved bean water or plain water.

I cooked my garbanzos and added half a cup of the cooking water to the mix instead of more oil. Also added more garlic

Considering the flavors added to this, it’s quite bland. If you really want garlic flavor, I’d suggest 2-3X the amount called for.

I made small changes by reducing the tahini to .25 c and adding some water for creaminess.

Quick and easy. A little too much salt for my taste but certainly worth making again.

This is quick and easy. I had to add extra oil to get the desired consistency.

Great! Added a bit of cumin and doubled the garlic :) Also added a roasted red pepper on another occasion...and a bit of extra olive oil.

This was good, but wanted to share my recipe in case you want to kick this up with a little less lemony twang.... I did the following:
1 cup garbanzo beans drained, rinsed, and towel dried (2 cans)
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
3 tbsp Tahini (or if you don't have it use 3 tbsp Olive Oil and 3 Tbsp Sesame Oil... not exactly the same but still yummy)
3-4 chipotle peppers (canned in adobo sauce . can add some sauce to spice it up more or just use more peppers)
2 tbsp lemon juice
3-4 cloves garlic
blend it all together... even better after it sits overnight. Smokey with a kick at the finish

Always try different types of hummus and the basic hummus. Added a little water but so tasty👌🏻

As written, I feel it is too garlicky and too lemony. i will adjudt and try again. The kids wouldn't eat it.

Pretty good and easy to make. Might put less lemon juice and more olive oil next time.

It turned out decent. I had only dried chickepeas, so it didn't go as planned. It was my first try, and I say I did a pretty good job. I'll improvise more next time.

Easy and delicious. I made the chickpeas in the instant pot first and added a bit more lemon juice and garlic.

Did three cups of chickpeas and upped the other ingredients to get a bigger portion. 1/2 teaspoon paprika really good

Pretty good. I didn’t have any lemons handy so used lime juice and had to throw a little more I for taste

It is very easy to make and tastes really good. Can’t wait to try this recipe again with variations .
