    a little sour but if you add roasted red peppers to it then its better oh and more tahini than they say... just eyeball and taste test it.

    Did not have tahini so I subbed a Tbsp of toasted sesame oil and it was good.

    Nice. Didn’t have tahini. But used a little toasted Sesame oil. Also put in some avocado I needed to use. Some chilli flakes. Nice to have in fridge for a snack. Easy and tasty.

    I think it had too much lemon juice, all I tasted was lemon. I measured everything exactly as the recipe read. I prefer to taste the chickpeas and tahini,

    Great! I am very loose with recipes so i added a bit of shallot (yum) and a tiny splash of water - but then i didn't measure well, so probably not needed for those who measure
