    It turned out nice but the taste of uncooked chickpeas was still a little overpowering for me. I added one tablespoon of cumin and used tahina paste instead of sesame seed oil. Good stuff!

    Consistency was perfect, but it was too garlicky with three cloves. I still eat it, but it’s too overpowering for some. Maybe just one clove?

    Dear Jennifer: This recipe is just fabulous and I only changed the type of beans and used what I had. Cannelini beans and I just had a taste with the young adults and they loved it. I'm waiting until it cools a bit before I serve it with Stacy's Naked Chips. Thanks for a great recipe and instructions.

    Love it. I added red pepper flakes for more of a kick. I also used prepared lemon juice but it didn't take away from the taste.
