This was a fast way to use our dry garbanzo beans for a wonderful dip. Tasted great with tang of the tahini and lemon. I altered the recipe with a little with cumin. Complemented well with raw vegetables as well as some warm flat bread.

Wow! This recipe is great!
I have been to Israel and I love hummus. It is my favorite all around snack. But, having been to Israel, I want my hummus to live up to the Mediterranean standard, and this is as close as I can get.
One great thing about this recipe is how easy it is. It doesn't take long, and you don't need any fancy or expensive ingredients.
I added olive oil and zaatar (a Mediterranean spice) on top.

Followed the instructions exactly and this turned out chunky and very dry. I've made it twice now and I have no idea what is going on. Going to try another recipe!
