I have used several recipes for hummus and this one makes the perfect base… it can be served as is or host all sorts of additional flavors!

I added a little more cumin and lemon juice and cut the water in half. I finished with Smoked paprika dor color and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. A good solid hummus.

Excellent! Super easy, super yum! Thank you 🌺 Oh yeah... I forgot to mention that I added a little bit of smoked paprika into the mix and it was delicious and then sprinkled a little bit of the smoked paprika on top as well. It was super pretty and added a wonderful flavor. 😁

Best Hummus ever!!! I don't use garlic, but it is still amazing!!! I add a touch of paprika to it too.

I never have the sweet chili pepper, so I just top it with evoo and red pepper flakes. It's great. I live in Michigan where there are lots of middle eastern restaurants and this is just as good as restaurant hummus or better! It's a quick blender recipe too!
