    Best Hummus ever!!! I don't use garlic, but it is still amazing!!! I add a touch of paprika to it too.

    I never have the sweet chili pepper, so I just top it with evoo and red pepper flakes. It's great. I live in Michigan where there are lots of middle eastern restaurants and this is just as good as restaurant hummus or better! It's a quick blender recipe too!
