Excellent! Usually I put cheese on everything, but this was so good, I didn't even miss it.

Great! Made a version with bakon as well. Used quinoa bread instead of muffins an d some olive oil. As well as fresh avocados.

This is by far my Favorite breakfast to make & EAT! I like to add a little twist by adding a sauce ( sour cream & mayo with lime juice) in there instead of the beans it’s Delicious!!!! Yumm!
