Fry eggs first then put on a plate. Then add onions, garlic, green peppers to the fry pan. Cook until softened then add tomatoes and some cooked rice. Heat up beans in separate pot then add 1/4-1/3 to fry pan & put the rest in a serving dish. Top with the eggs and sprinkle some shredded cheese then turn off heat and put on lid to melt cheese. Need to generously add salt and a dash of ground chili or paprika to each step , 1,2,3&4.
