- salt (to taste)

- 1 jalapeno (small, diced, seeds and membranes removed)
- 1/2 bell pepper (yellow, red or orange diced)
- 1/2 onion (small, diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 lime (juice of half a lime, unless its not very juicy then use all of it)
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cup cheese (grated marble, another cheese, like cheddar, works well too)
- 4 tortillas
- vegetable oil (some)
- garlic salt
- 4 eggs (or more if some people want 2 eggs on top)
- cilantro leaves
- sour cream
- avacado
- pickled jalapenos
