first: technical this recipe is on the spot!
second: in principal this is a very yummy dish
BUT: how lame can u prepare that!?! missing taste all over! to fix that u should add Old Bay into the shrimp butter... add also much more zest. does not need salt when using Old Bay.
The lobster HAS to be steamed with Whit vinegar and a lot of Old Bay or Creole seasoning.. finally it gets the taste it deserves.
also adding on the side a good tartar sauce and/or sriracha mayo helps.
