Once I got it on the baking sheet, I had no problems and it looked and tasted great!
The dough was VERY sticky even after adding more flour. It was still sticky after the second rise.
Let me say, I’ve baked Challah many times and this recipe seemed smaller and easier. I wasn’t thrilled with the recipe.

My first try turned out awesome!!! I've made bread in the bread machine for several years but never tried anything like this and I'm so glad I did. The family loved it; I'll definitely make again! Thank you for detailed instructions ... really happy!!! :)

Turned out great! I would make this again. I was craving french toast and decided to make bread so I can make french toast later. :) I measure dry ingredients in metric and wet ingredients in U.S. measurements and use a KitchenAid to knead. I found that the dough is too wet so I end up adding 3-6 rounded tsps of flour when I make this. And before I rise the first time, I'll hand knead at the end to bring the dough together. Next time, I plan on just adding the flour to the starting dry ingredients to save time.

Taste was good. Think I over kneaded, was a little dense. Also over baked a bit which made it drier. Will try again with this one.

Love it a slightly sweet bread and it looks so pretty. I made it to use my apple butter I had made a few days before.
