This turned out great with adjustments: I always substitute beef for turkey, but I add olive oil. I had to add a small can of tomato paste, I only had a couple packets of ketchup, so I added a little grape jelly, more water, more oregano and more allspice. After these adjustments, it really tasted great. The combination of spices in this recipe works. Not sure I will add cracker meal next time.
