I'm thinking you may want to add pickling salts or canning salts to the ingredients. People who are inexperienced may use regular salt as I did. I didn't pay attention to the pictures and that is the only place it is showing canning salts. I'm hopping it doesn't ruin all of my hard work.. Just a suggestion. I haven't tried the peppers yet but wanted to leave feedback because of my mistake.
