- 1/3 cup peppers (Bird Beak)
- 1/3 cup black olives (your choice, I used oil cured)

- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon (large)
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard seeds
