These are so good. The sauce is especially delicious. I used ground turkey instead of beef and they still were very well received by everyone. I didn’t find the labor of it to be crazy for a weekend meal but not something I’d casually make after work. That being said I didn’t expect it to be a quick meal either. Great for a family dinner or a cold evening.
