Did just as the recipe called for, and got it on my first try! What fun, and delicious! Used a cookie sheet with a thin layer of olive oil as the base.

This recipe was quick and easy to follow and so much better than the one I used before. For me this bread turned out best in preheated 450 degree oven on cornmeal dusted parchment lined cookie sheet. Flipped over after 3 minutes. Continued for another 4 minutes. Finally mastered the POOF. When cooled, placed in zippered food bag and froze. Thawed successfully. Now I can always have Pita Bread at the ready. So much better than store bought.
