These are very delicious and easy to make. It never seems like we make enough because as soon as they are out of the oven we are eating them. My boyfriend that doesn’t really like sweet potatoes loves these. Even he can’t believe it!

They were just okay. Didn't love the cinnamon flavor—I'm used to more savory sweet potato fries. My daughter said they tasted like pumpkin. I did like the amount of oil and the cooking time, however, because the fries came out nice and soft, but not mushy/floppy.

So delicious: crispy on the outside and nice and warm inside. A healthy delicious alternative to french fries. 5 stars

i burned the fries. i think the temperature was to high for my oven. i will try again with a lower temp.

It was amazing. I left them in a little longer for the perfect crispiness that my family likes. My middle brother who is on college asked me for the recipe and my picky eater little brother asked for seconds! Safe to say they were a hit!!!

They were delicious. Great flavor. There was none left by the end of the meal.

These were easy and delicious. My husband said they are the best sweet potato fries he’s ever had.

Absolutely amazing!! I put 40 min in the oven and all chips separated. It was divine !

These turned out great. They had a bit of a fall taste with the Cinnamon and reminded me of Thanksgiving. Mine weren’t as crunchy as I hoped, but I’m sure I just need to adjust my technique
