They were just okay. Didn't love the cinnamon flavor—I'm used to more savory sweet potato fries. My daughter said they tasted like pumpkin. I did like the amount of oil and the cooking time, however, because the fries came out nice and soft, but not mushy/floppy.

So delicious: crispy on the outside and nice and warm inside. A healthy delicious alternative to french fries. 5 stars

It was amazing. I left them in a little longer for the perfect crispiness that my family likes. My middle brother who is on college asked me for the recipe and my picky eater little brother asked for seconds! Safe to say they were a hit!!!

These turned out great. They had a bit of a fall taste with the Cinnamon and reminded me of Thanksgiving. Mine weren’t as crunchy as I hoped, but I’m sure I just need to adjust my technique

I don't really like sweet potatoes, but this was perfect. I added a little more paprika and it was just like eating unhealthy store-bought chips. It was that good.

My family loved these sweet potato fries... there was just enough crunch & softness that made them perfect.

Love this recipe!! The seasonings go together perfectly Yummmmm!! Will make again!! Mine came out a bit burnt so I need to check at 18 minutes I think... I tossed at 10 and put on for another 10, I guess my oven is hot!

Not usually a big fan of sweet potato fries, or fries from the oven, but these were great. Loved the flavor and texture. And incredibly easy to make.
