I didn't have cheese and I used coconut milk instead of cow's. I think my pan was too hot and I forgot about how the eggs will still cook for a bit after I turned off the heat. Still was delicious and I'm sure I'll get better with practice. :)

First time following this recipe and my heat was just a tad too high but I like how the eggs tasted! Will definitely try again

follow the instructions correctly and you'll definately get fluffy moist eggs
