Always been intimidated by hollindaise but this was so simple and delish! I added a little more lemon and a few pinches of tarragon. This is a keeper.

Timing was spot on. Everything worked perfectly and I have never made poached eggs or Hollandaise sauce before!

I didn’t follow directions exactly, so my timing was off (my own fault). Now I know if I do, it’ll be perfect. Husband loved it.

Lovely and easy to follow!
I did a slightly lightened version of the hollandaise sauce (1/2 the butter), and it worked just fine!
