I definitely will try this again. It has a very good flavor, but it turned out a little dense. The dough was pretty soft and wet, even with an extra cup of flour. The directions are very abbreviated. They didn't say much about kneading ... only to do it until smooth. I kneaded for maybe 5 minutes, though it was smooth sooner. Once it was left to do it's first rise I watched a couple of YouTube videos on making egg bread and they barely kneaded the dough. Too late. The recipe also didn't say what temp to bake it at. I used 375 degrees because that's the temp for my favorite white bread.
