Absolutely disgusting. I followed the recipe exactly and the burgers were so wet I had to add breadcrumbs. They then proceeded to fall apart on the grill. And since downloading these apps I have yet to have a bad experience unil this one. I would not attempt.

Pretty much the best turkey burger recipe I've come across. I got so tired of the ones with breadcrumbs, eggs, etc. This one works. I did it on my Traeger pellet grill. I put it on "smoke" for a half hour and then cranked it up. I never turned them at all. After the smoke time it was not long before they were done. This is now my go to turkey burger recipe.
