as i am not the grill master in my house or really the meat master (my husband has banned me on numerous occasions from making steak) i wanted to do something special for his birthday so i once again tried to make steak. well guess whos just done a "perfect job"? this girl! thats who!!! thank you so much for these instructions!!!! for those complaining about how its too much time, i used propane grill and set my fire to low. turned out perfect and seared all round
